What is a workspace?
The Worshipteam.com workspace is just that- a space for you to do your work. If you are unfamiliar with that term, consider it like a desk for doing your activities. If you have a desk at work, it is really your own desk. While other employees at your workplace may have desks too, you don't all use the exact same desk. Doing so would not only be impractical physically, but imagine trying to use one desk location to handle information for all 200 people that work at your company? The stacks of paper, the sticky notes, the files, the messages, the reference books would be so unmanageable, no one would be able to work. Instead, each person at a company has their own desk or workspace. This allows them to manage the activities and information in exactly the way they would like.
In Worshipteam.com we want worship leaders to have a their own workspace, to allow them to manage their activities and information as they wish. As they do that, their team members have access to view that workspace, allowing them to use the items, information and activities that their team leaders have set up.
