What are groups and teams?

Each group account can be best understood via the concept of a ministry or a local church.  A group (or local church, for example) is simply the container of teams such as a Sunday morning worship team, a youth worship team, prison ministry praise trio, women's ministry singing team, etc.  A team is a collection of members and responsibilities that may have skills and can be scheduled for activities. If you are using Worshipteam.com for your local church and have just one worship team for all your activities, then you can simply create a single team and place all your team members into it, and operate your account in that manner.  Actually, if you have one single team, you don't even need to create a team- you can use all the functions you of worshipteam.com in your top level group.
